While I think most restaurant owners would consider it a negative review, I consider three stars a positive review. For me, my star ratings are reflective of how likely I am to patronize a business again; a three-star isn’t a place I’m necessarily rushing back to, but I’d definitely return, especially if they do something really well, whereas a one or two-star review means I’m probably never going back.
