Someone recently posted a review for my business. The reviewer discussed their experience in the store with a sales associate.
My business does not have a store and we don’t have sales associates. We are a service company and only work with clients in their homes.
I disputed the review based on this information. Yelp declined to remove it.
I am baffled by this outcome.
Is there anyplace I can appeal?
