We purchased a company last year around this time that the lady had no idea what she was doing. She ran 2 businesses under 2 names and never differentiated. The former owner has a horrible local reputation and accumulated a lot of bad reviews for the bike shop side. We purchased the other part of which was a shoe business. Turns out all of her yelp reviews for the shoe store were for the bike shop and now everyone is confused why we’re a shoe store but have bicycle reviews and are reaching out for bike shop inquiries. I reported any review related to a bike shop, good and bad, but Yelp only removed the good ones? They refuse to remove the bad ones. Any advice. I’ve called and done 2nd reviews and have gotten no where.
