The same recommendation again and again is driving me crazy

I’ve had 17 recommendations for this specific dish at this restaurant in less than 3 months. I’ve tried every troubleshooting solution posed online, to no avail. Yelp suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app which made no difference. Does anyone know how to stop this before I scream over shortrib?
