Will the new folder “Been there” ever be a restaurant ranking system like beli?

After not using Yelp for many months, I finally visited the app to see if it’s worth using still. I saw this new ranking feature, but it only would let me rank by “date added”, which I would argue that it’s really not useful. I thought this would be a bare bones version of beli where you rank against other places. Did anyone see this feature yet? Did anyone’s “Been there” turn into a ranking system after a certain amount of places added?
